Lake Albert Manors

Create an appealing entrance to Lake Albert Manors, attracting buyers to build their dream home on lifestyle blocks.

The project involved soil preparation for turf, hydroseeding, and garden beds. Turf was laid on main road verges, with hydroseeding on side roads and the retarding basin for erosion control. Garden beds were planted with 140mm pots, tubestock, and 100L trees for a future tree-lined avenue. 45L trees were planted on side roads, all areas mulched, and the site cleaned with documentation handed over.

Works Completed

  • Preparation and leveling of soil ready for turf, hydroseed and garden beds
  • Turfing of main road verges from back of kerb to pathways. One row of turf on side roads against the kerb with the remaining areas hydroseeded to front of blocks to help with erosion.
  • Hydroseeding of Retardarding Basin to help with sediment control.
  • Planting out of entrance way garden beds and around the top of retarding basin using 140mm pots and tubestock.
  • The Planting of 100L trees along main entrance way to create a tree lined avenue feel in the future.
  • The Planting of 45L trees on side roads.
  • The mulching of all garden beds and around the base of trees.
  • Cleaning of worksite and handover of required documentation.
